Located at 323 Temple St. (on the corner of Wall St) this (circa 1961) two story brick building is multi-functional. It contains one large and one small meeting room, a commercial kitchen, offices for our staff and the United Community Nursery School. We currently offer the following rental opportunities.

350 sqft, tables seating capacity for 16, lecture seating capacity for 36, audio visual equipment: video projector, screen, sound reinforcement system with wireless microphones, air conditioned. Sexton-monitored security during events. Not ADA accessible.
Great Hall
1,600 sqft open hall for lectures, performances or large meetings, table seating for 75, lecture seating for 100, separate adjacent commercial kitchen, audio visual equipment: video projector, screen, sound reinforcement system with wireless microphones, upright piano, air conditioned, Sexton-monitored security during events. Adjacent ADA lavatories.
Office Space (Annual Leases)
Small (175 sqft) self-contained, lockable office spaces on the 2nd floor. Annual rentals including utilities (heat and electric). Use of other UCG facilities for programmed events is also possible for additional fees. Off-street parking available for additional fee. Not ADA accessible.
Parking
Off street commercial rate parking is available at multiple nearby locations during normal business hours. After 6pm and on weekends parking behind our Parish House is free of charge.
